Spacious room, excellent ocean view, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable after a long day of exploring the island, along with a very good and abundant breakfast buffet that catered to all our morning needs.

Stunning views and great facilities!

We loved our stay! The ocean views from our room were just breathtaking, perfect for morning coffee. The pools were fab, especially the saltwater one. The breakfast had good options — can’t forget the mimosas! Just wished the furniture looked a bit fresher. Staff was mostly friendly but some seemed a bit rushed at times.

Navigating the hotel’s layout took some time, yet I appreciated the effort staff made to maintain a clean environment.

Enjoyed the warm hospitality from the staff, especially in the restaurant. The buffet was fresh but could use more variety. Take advantage of the courtesy bus to Funchal. it's well-organized and saves time. Watch your step in the bathroom to avoid slipping.

Unfortunately, the limited pool facilities and the lack of diverse dining options detracted from the experience, as did the basic amenities that felt outdated. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and friendly staff provided a warm atmosphere throughout the stay.

The spacious layout of our room was a pleasant surprise, and the varied breakfast selection kept us fueled for exploring nearby attractions. the evening noise from the lively bar below could be quite disruptive after a long day of activities. it was a memorable experience. We visited the Miradouro do Cristo Rei do Garajau during our time here, which added to the beauty of our trip.
